Heritage Heights

Heritage Heights is a 15-unit complex located at 514 Mill Bay Rd. There are both 1- and 2-bedroom units available and many of these apartments are accessible units. Heritage Heights offers free laundry, a community room, and Medical Alert System (lifeline button).

Recent additions include an outdoor patio with gas BBQ grill (during warmer weather) and daily visits from Sun’aq Tribe of Kodiak’s Tribal Housing Advocate. Kodiak Island Housing Authority strives to ensure safe and affordable housing for seniors, while allowing them to maintain economic independence and self-sufficiency.
