Kodiak Island Housing Authority has an entire Facilities Department dedicated to keeping our properties in top condition. Renting builds a strong foundation for home ownership but caring for a rental does require tenants to be proactive. As a KIHA tenant, you can help us avoid large fixes by keeping our Facilities Team in the loop about small ones. Help us to help you by requesting repairs as soon as they’re needed!
